Cait Vaughan (she/her) is a white queer & genderqueer femme survivor who grew up in a working poor New England family. She is the National Grassroots Organizer with GRR! where she is blessed to learn, scheme, and dream alongside her elders. Cait is also a community-rooted doula, accompanying poor folks and people who use/d drugs through birth and abortion. She builds community and lends her time with New Hampshire’s abortion fund and a Maine-based needle exchange program. Cait dances each morning while she makes her coffee, reads a lot of sci-fi novels, and serves at the leisure of a very spoiled cat named Teddy.
