Adding Fuel to the Fire: Compounding Reproductive Injustice after Dobbs
The Women and Gender Studies Program at the University of Southern Maine is excited to have Dr. Monique Rainford on campus to deliver a keynote presentation on the national status of reproductive justice. Her presentation will be followed by a roundtable conversation that focuses on how these national trends are playing out in Maine. The roundtable will include Dr. Rainford, Evelyn Kieltyka of Maine Family Planning, and Cait Vaughan, the Director of Programs & Outreach with Grandmothers for Reproductive Rights (GRR!).
Our working title for this event is Reproductive Justice after Dobbs. The basic program outline for this event would be:
